Current Offerings

Yin Yoga

A passive, premeditative practice, yin is designed to provide education and awakening to the subtleties of the body and mind connection through stillness, guided meditations, and a handful of asanas held for longer periods of time.

HIIT-45

A form of interval training and cardiovascular exercise strategy, HIIT-45 alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Use resistance bands, kettlebells, weights, and more to give your body, mind, and metabolism a quick boost.

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)

This high-intensity, low-impact, interval training class uses pilates principles to build body awareness, core strength, and overall conditioning. The class outline is similar each time, but the exercises and sequence will vary from class to class.

Sculpt

Target all muscle groups, including the smaller ones we often forget about—sculpt is designed to induce high repetition and time under tension, using bodyweight or low weight dumbbells. Embrace the shake, feel the burn, and tone your muscles!

Triple Sweat

Kick up your heart rate and then drop it back down in Triple Sweat, a combination of strength, cardio, and core to burn fat, tone muscles, and increase stamina. Increase endurance, and come sweat it out!

Jessica Jones

My passion for exercise and movement has always been at the forefront of my life, even from a young age. I believe that real transformation of the body begins with reframing the mind. My 12 years of Military service, in addition to an ongoing and evolving yoga practice that I found post-service, instilled the physical and mental fortitude I believe necessary for change. For the majority of my youth, I had been more immersed in “yang” or masculine styles of fitness – which felt most familiar to me. In 2017, however, on a yoga retreat in Orcas Island, I had an eye-opening experience and realization that ‘the body keeps the score’—it holds onto past traumas and stressors within its tissues. In order to move forward, we must peel back all of the layers within the self to become whole again. At that point in time, it became clear to me that yoga was the other major component needed to create/complete the mind, body, soul alignment, i.e., whole body strength……BETTER BALANCE FITNESS. 

As a Personal Trainer and Fitness and Yoga Instructor, I possess a wide range of knowledge covering many modalities. Every workout is personalized for my clients to help them reconnect with themselves by cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening the mind-body connection.
