Boot Camp
Military-style circuit workout.
Inferno Hot Pilates
96 degrees of core, glute, cardio, low impact, high intensity strength building that utilizes Pilates principles.
Deep Stretch
Yang-style deep stretch flow. Challenge yourself to grow the mind-body connection through movement.
Gentle Yoga
Restore balance to the mind and body with this deep restorative practice.
Yin Yoga
This premeditative practice works on lengthening and reenergizing the connective tissue in your body, while practicing the art of stillness.
Roll + Release
Deep myofascial tissue release that will detoxify and reinvigorate the muscles.
About Me
Real transformation of the body begins with a reframing of the mind. This is an intricate part of cultivating the body you desire. I’ve always been an avid fan of anything fitness since the early age of 6.
As a Native Oregonian, I was afforded endless outdoor opportunities to grow, explore, and build cultivate strength. I received a full ride scholarship from the United States Army and upon my graduation from college, I transitioned to Active Duty. This was one of the greatest physical and mental challenges in my life thus far. After my time in the military I began exploring the “gentler” more “Yin” side of fitness. I was rather new to the world of Yoga when I had a first-hand experience to a rather eye-opening transformational moment during a Yoga retreat.
I had no idea at the time that this was just the beginning of my present journey into personal training, teaching and all things fitness.
I had finally found the mind-body balance I had been seeking. It was the missing piece of the puzzle. The traditional ‘Yang’ style of fitness is important, but so is being in-tune with the body through mindful movement and mental stillness.
I offer a variety of modalities to propel your personal full body transformation. Ask me about anything from weight training to Boot Camp to Yin Yoga, and I will help you find a combination of practices that best fit your body and desired lifestyle.
